Siargao is a mosaic of islands and islets nestled at the rim of the South East Asia Continental Shelf. It is situated 800 kilometers southeast of Manila and politically a part of the Province of Surigao del Norte.Siargao is an island paradise famous for its surfing waves, long stretch of white sand beaches, vast mangrove forest, pristine mountain lakes, unique limestone forest, and deep waters teeming with a plethora of marine life. Marlins, tuna, groupers, sail fish, dorado or mahi-mahi are abundant and sport or game fishing is guaranteed whole year round with a peak season on March to May.
